Counselling and therapy sessions are by appointment only.

I have an intake form and before your first appointment, will ask you to fill this in. It will ask you want you hope to gain from counselling/therapy, some of your history and current circumstances.

Whether you have a particular issue you wish to address or are looking for longer term support for more complex or pervasive issues, we can agree on a treatment plan to suit your requirements.

Session fees:

$130 for individuals. Allow 1hr for your appointment.

First appointment $250 for couples.

Subsequent appointments $220.

Allow up to 1.5hrs for your appointment.

Medibank Private, AHM, BUPA, CBHS, Police Health & Emergency Services and Doctors health fund are some of the private health fund providers that cover counselling.

Check with your health fund as to what rebate you are entitled to.

Fees for NDIS subsidised visits vary and depend on whether appointments are in-clinic or are home visits. Please check with your manager or ask me for a quote.

Payment: Payment is accepted by credit or debit card, cash or bank transfer at the time of your appointment.
